July 5th- Day 1

0700 Staff Orientation

0730 Check-in/Settle into room, Bike- Safety Checks

0830 Staff and Participant Introductions Safety/Orientation Meeting

0930 Bike-, Repair- Tires, chains etc

1230 Bike- Short Assessment, Handling Skills/Combine Style Drills

1400 200/800 Swim Test (100/400 for YE) Followed by Instruction

1530 Run after functional dynamic warm up instruction-

1830 Guest Speaker USAT Athlete Development Pipeline- Steve Kelley

1945 Tire changing contest- Prize for the fastest!

2100 Room check/Journals/Quiet Time

July 6th- Day 2

1000 Group Riding Skills and Drills (according to ability level)

1130 Lunch Nap/Individual Sessions with Coaches

1300 Strength and Conditioning Demonstration/Discussion

1345 Lecture- Tapering- What am I supposed to do?!?

1445 Transition Skills Demo (low speed trials)

1815 Presentation- USADA

July 7th- Day 3

0830 Run test (3k) followed by long cool down jog

1000 Bike Hill Climbing Technique

1130 Lunch, Training Video/Nap

1400 Swim Workout- open water drills in pool Bike trainer work on pool deck

1600 Transitions (Medium Speed)

1700 Dinner

1800 Presentations- Nutrition- Barbara Casaceli

1930 Camp Trivia Quiz- Prize for the most correct answers!

1400 Swim Video Analysis, Swim Tactics- Position

1530 Run Video Analysis- Tactics- Finishing the Race

1700 Collegiate Recruiting- Coach JP

1815 Dinner Off Campus at Patriot Place
