Matt's coaching philosophy puts the athlete and their well being first. Athletes are pushed to reach their maximum potential as part of a partnership which is based on their goals. Matt says to every athlete, "You tell me what you want to achieve. I tell you what you need to do. You tell me what you are willing to do. I set your expectations."
Gabriela Stolpinski-
Gabby is the assistant coach. She is a certified USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach. She has been racing draft legal triathlon with TAF since she was 13 and was the 2015 Northeast Talent ID Series Champion. Gabby is currently earned her degree in education at the University of Connecticut.
